What can I have embroidered?
We currently offer initials, monograms, surnames and short dates on selected towels, bath mats, robes and guest towels. For unusual requests, use the consultation form and tell us what you have in mind.
How does a private consultation work?
Send your occasion, date, products, quantity and monogram details. We will review the request and come back with options, lead time and a tailored quotation.
Can you handle wedding or group orders?
Yes. Wedding gifting and coordinated orders are a core part of the studio. Please include your event date and approximate quantity so we can advise on timing.
Do you accept online payment?
Not currently. This website is enquiry-led, so orders are discussed and confirmed privately after your consultation.
Can I use my own items?
We are primarily set up to supply and embroider selected pieces. If you have a special item you would like considered, mention it in your enquiry and we will let you know if it is suitable.
